What Go Samet does

Go Samet helps guests send orders and booking requests to independent Koh Samet businesses. A request is not confirmed until the app says the business has accepted it and any required payment step is complete.

Independent businesses

Each restaurant, massage therapist, laundry supplier or boat operator is responsible for its listing, availability, service, safety and fulfilment. Restaurants are responsible for ingredients, allergy information and food preparation.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and pickup details, review the price and service information, be ready at the stated time and do not misuse the platform or chat. Boat routes and departures may change for weather, safety or conservation reasons.

Payments, cancellations and problems

Follow the payment, cancellation and refund information shown for the particular service. Screens labelled “test” or “demonstration” do not process real money. If something goes wrong, use “Flag an issue” within the period shown in the order.

Pilot availability

This is a limited private pilot. Features may change and service may occasionally be interrupted. Go Samet is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services where urgent help is needed.
